Ryan Nesselrodt

Ryan

Ryan earned his undergraduate degrees from Franklin and Marshall College: a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Physics. He then earned his PhD in Physics at Georgetown University. His research focused on condensed matter systems, exploring the quantum mechanics of materials and their behavior under extreme conditions. During this time Ryan also spearheaded the establishment of a science policy group at Georgetown University, providing a platform for students to discuss the role of science outside a classroom setting. As a fellow, Ryan is looking forward to working on several pressing issues, including advanced manufacturing and critical material.
